Each cookie is hand-dusted with rich cocoa powder and filled with pistachio cream and shredded kataifi phyllo inside. The cocoa shell. The crunchy center. The stretchy marshmallow pull. Twelve of them, two rows deep, beautifully packed and ready to disappear faster than you planned.

Cookie Care

Our cookies are made fresh to order with no preservatives. Here is how to keep them at their best:

Refrigerator (Recommended) For maximum freshness store in an airtight container in the refrigerator where they will keep for up to 2–3 weeks. The cold helps preserve the pistachio cream filling and keeps the kataifi from softening too quickly.

Freezer (Best for long term) Our cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. Place in an airtight container or sealed freezer bag. Perfect if you want to save some for later — or if you ordered the Premium Gift Box and want to pace yourself.

Before Eating — The Most Important Step Always allow your cookies to rest at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before eating. This is what brings the marshmallow shell back to its signature soft and chewy texture while keeping the pistachio filling cool and creamy. Eating it straight from the refrigerator will make the exterior firm — giving it 15 to 20 minutes makes all the difference.

If you prefer it warm, you may microwave for no more than 5 seconds. Please note this may soften the kataifi crunch inside.

The Golden Rule: Never store uncovered. Always rest before eating.
